Vision: To be a leading catalyst for socio-economic development by equipping individuals with future-ready digital skills.

Aim: To bridge the digital divide and create pathways to employment and entrepreneurship for marginalized groups.

Objectives: Deliver accredited ICT training; empower youth, unemployed persons, and people living with disabilities; support corporate upskilling; and promote inclusive education aligned with national development goals.

Full Qualifications

End User Computing NQF L3

  • Provides essential skills to use computers, office applications, email, and the internet effectively in the workplace.

Technical Support NQF L4

  • Trains learners to install, maintain, and troubleshoot computer systems, hardware, software, and basic networks.

System Development

  • Focuses on designing, developing, and testing software applications using programming and database skills.

Business Analysis NQF L6

  • Equips learners to analyse business needs and recommend effective IT and process solutions.

Admin Assistant

  • Provides essential office administration, communication, and computer skills.

Workplace Communication & Professional Writing

  • Develops effective verbal and written communication skills for the workplace, including emails, reports, presentations, and professional correspondence.

Teamwork & Conflict Management

  • Builds the ability to work collaboratively, manage workplace relationships, and resolve conflicts professionally and constructively.

Office Administration & Business Environment

  • Introduces core administrative functions, office procedures, and an understanding of how organisations operate within a business environment.

Reception, Customer Care & Telephone Skills

  • Trains learners in front-desk operations, professional telephone etiquette, customer service excellence, and client relationship management.

Meetings, Events & Travel Coordination

  • Covers planning and coordinating meetings, events, and travel arrangements, including scheduling, logistics, and administrative support.

Office Systems, Records & Resource Control

  • Focuses on managing office systems, filing and record-keeping, stock control, and effective use of office resources.

Workplace Ethics, Safety & Employment Relations

  • Provides knowledge of workplace ethics, health and safety practices, labour relations, and employee rights and responsibilities.

Business Mathematics & Financial Calculations

  • Develops essential numeracy skills for the workplace, including calculations, percentages, ratios, and basic financial problem-solving.

Financial Administration & Cash Handling

  • Covers financial administration tasks such as invoicing, petty cash, receipts, payments, and accurate cash-handling procedures.

Budgeting & Small Business Financial Control

  • Introduces budgeting principles, cost control, and basic financial management skills for small businesses and departments.
